This hotel is nestled in a lovely quiet part of East Melbourne, just across the road from a park. The staff went above and beyond to find me the perfect room, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms had big windows and provided everything we needed, but the initial search for a room was intense.

The hotel is in a prime location within walking distance of public transportation services, but it needs a good spring clean and maintenance. The rooms are spacious and fully furnished, though the hot water pressure is very low, and they urgently require updating.

The hotel room was a great deal for what we got - it had a kitchen, sitting area, separate bedroom, and bathroom, all very clean and comfortable. The noise level was a bit higher than what I'm used to, but overall, it was a solid choice. The service was top-notch, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the bed was super comfy. We even had laundry and tours/ticket assistance available. The location was a gem for last-minute travelers, close to St Vincent's Hospital with easy access to trams and buses, plus a short walk to AAMI Stadium and fantastic Vietnamese restaurants. The nearby park was perfect for our dogs to play. Dining options included delightful homemade pies and jams. The facilities were exactly what we needed. A great base to explore Melbourne from with such convenience in a central location.
